This year the WordPress community was rocked by the loss of Kim Parsell, otherwise known as WPMom. She touched many lives across the WordPress community and we were lucky enough to have her here locally. We wanted to have a page on this years WordCamp Dayton site for her. She will be greatly missed in our community, and our local WordCamps and Meetups won’t be the same without her. From her no nonsense advice, to her warm inviting hugs, we will all miss our #wpmom. We would love it if anyone who feels compelled added their own Kim stories in the comments on this page. Since she can’t be with us in person, the least we can do is have her presence online with us.
